Media Specifications: All items must be entirely the work of the exhibitor.  ORIGINAL WORK ONLY will be accepted.  No kits, manufactured items, mass produced items or consignment pieces.  If an exhibitor is found to be selling items that are not their original work they will be asked to leave the show immediately.

Please submit 3 color photos of your work.  One photo must include a detailed view of your product and one must show an overall view of your display.  NO APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT 3 PHOTOS REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR WORK.  Acceptance to the show is determined by a blind jury, which bases its decision primarily on the photos you supply.  Therefore, quality photos are essential.

Fees: $90 per booth if application is postmarked by June 1, 2008.  After June 1, the booth fee is $100.  A request for electricity or a corner booth is a $10 additional fee.  Please make checks payable to Mother’s Club of Geneva.  There will be a $15 service charge for returned checks.  Booth space is approximately 9’ x 10’.  All crafters must bring their own materials to protect the school’s wood floors from damage caused by display fixtures, crates, or racks of any kind, which may have exposed nails that could mar the floor.
